Great Replacement for 12 year old Samsonite Bag
Samsonite like most American companies have gone to the designed obsoleteness business model. It is shame I have to go to a Swiss Company to get something manufactured for toughness and flexibility once possessed by Samsonite. Great room and ability to carry all the IT and other items I need for remote work that I do.

Wrong item shipped and no customer service
Absolutely terrible!!! They shipped me the wrong item. Multiple emails and phone calls to them and no response. I now contacted credit card company in order to get a result.

Had to return item to the store.
The bag was excellent, however it was too big for my storage space. I had to settle for smaller bags to fit my space.

Wenger Patriot II Laptop Roller
The laptop case rolls smoothly and easily through the airport/hotel/conference center. However, the pull handle is not very sturdy. It feels as though the handle may slide out of the brackets at any moment.

Brief case review
This will be the third purchase for me of the same case. I like the case but for one problem.
The screws in the handle do not stay in. The screws come out and make the case inoperable.
Could you re-engineer this portion of the product?

Good quality product for your money
I bought this because of the quality and designed. Most of my bags and luggages are Swiss Gear. Buy real Swiss gear not the knock off. Pay a little more get better warranty buy from the website.

Misses the functionality of the Patriot I
Quality-wise, this is a great case. There are some improvements over the Patriot I that are nice, such as netted holding compartments. But there are other areas that aren't so great -- such as the main handle not having enough room between the top of the handle and the bag, causing your knuckles to scrape and pinch when you try to pick it up -- or the included Laptop ...
