Very Satisfactory No Complaints
I have been pleased with these binders. I have a dozen in various sizes for different files. The only reason I knock off a star is because stores usually don't have a complete inventory of all sizes on hand. The binders to my thinking are sturdy.

Weak rings
My fault for not realizing I was purchasing the Staples brand of binders. The rings don't have the strength to stay closed as I turn sections of paper (20-30 pages at a time). So they open a bit causing rips in the paper. I'm going to have to be really careful with them or all the pages will tear and start falling out. Why call a binder heavy duty and then not equip...
