The rings do not keep tight; therefore, the paper sheets fall out and it is a mess every time the binder is opened.
The plastic gets torn easily, and the binder looks old and the appearance is unappealing.

Weak rings
My fault for not realizing I was purchasing the Staples brand of binders. The rings don't have the strength to stay closed as I turn sections of paper (20-30 pages at a time). So they open a bit causing rips in the paper. I'm going to have to be really careful with them or all the pages will tear and start falling out. Why call a binder heavy duty and then not equip...
