Great organizer
I use this when I go to my rental that I'm having somebody check-in or check-out each divided section is good for the walk through papers of each tenant coming in and going out and the leases.

thin flimsy pockets
Although the outside black canvas is sturdy along with the zipper clsoure, that is where the great workmanship end. The inside pockets are thin and flimsy. The tabs, where you can slide in the little labels are so thin you must be careful when inserting the labels, otherwise the slots can rip apart.I prefer the one made by MEAD that I already had purchased from another...

Ok, but not well made.
I received this item, and thought it would be better quality than it is.
It is cheaply made, and probably won't hold as much as I anticipated.

Just what I wanted
Yes, this works great. There Isa problem with the zipper getting stuck. Hope they fix this issue because I read about it before I bought it. But I try to be careful about it.

This is the 3rd one that I have used and I love it. I have to save all transactions during the year for the care of my husband and this folder allows me to categorize each item, put the receipts, etc in each section as categorized for example, clothes, medication, taxes, etc. Works superb for me.

Handy document holder
I keep my important documents in this handy portfolio organizer. It’s small enough to easily take along to office visits and still looks formal looking. I like the black fabric texture and red accents. A step up from cardboard and rubberbanded portfolios. I wish it came in legal size.
