I buy a 13-pocket folder every year to store tax docs receipts etc. This is the best folder yet! What makes it especially functional is the 1-inch deep non-accordian front pocket for storing bulking items--like travel/Day-Timer notebooks.

Plastic Cover Ripped at Bend
I liked this to transport documents but the plastic cover ripped where it bends within 24 hours. Fortunately Staples had many options so I was able to easily buy something more durable.

Great clasp
The biggest problem I've had with this kind of storage is that the enclosing rubber band always stretches out and becomes unusable. While that is yet to be determined the broad clip on which the band grips on to seems to be much more efficient and keeps the folder better closed than the typical one spot enclosure. Holds closed very well.
