Phone works well but instructions to set time and date NOT helpful!!!! Call to customer service was so long in getting help gave up trying to get Representative !!!

Poor quality sound
Have had V-tech phones before - this one has a terrible sound. Speaker phone is even worse.

perfect for home use
I needed to get a phone for the house for those times when cell service is spotty but I didn’t want to pay a lot. This phone is small, easy to hook up and works quite well.

PIA to put together. I've never had trouble putting a little phone together. I'l never buy that brand of phone again. Usually it takes 5 or at most 10 minutes but not this time.

My 4th V-tech phone
The V-tech phones stay consistent in their set-up, features, how it’s used and quality. It’s a very good, basic, inexpensive phone. Where I live there’s no cell service so a landline is a must. NOTE: if your power goes out, the phone won’t work.
