I not recommend for a daycare setting.
For as expensive as this product is I expected it to be better quality. The very small plastic clips broke on one side of the conveyor belt and now it falls into the counter. It was only used a few weeks and with care. I always watch the kids to make sure we are respecting the toys and when I took it apart to see if I could fix it I was not shocked it broke because of h...

Not the quality I expected for the price
Pretty disappointed with the quality of this grocery store. For the price I expected better, we purchased it in the fall as a Christmas gift for my 2 year old,along with most of the available accessories and just over 90 days later the fridge door is already broken, the scanner picks and chooses when to work and this is definitely NOT wood. Scanner stopped working
Purchased this as a Christmas present for my two year old. The scanner stopped working in January. It seems like a common issue with this toy. Very disappointed, I had high hopes for it. This was a big hit at my house but since the main features doesn’t work, kind of pointless. Would not recommend.

Scanner is different and won't stop beeping fresh
For grocery fresh mart. Scanner is on the credit card reader not like in the picture and other fresh mart we have played with. It beeps every few seconds sometimes more when not being scanned. Contacted Melissa and Doug to resolve this issue and they said they can't do anything. No replace part or anything. What a waste and will never buy from Melissa and Doug again...

Scanner broken
I bought this for my son for Christmas and the scanner has already broken. Pretty disappointed for the price of this it should be functioning. Seems like it’s a big issue with this product.

The market is a grate idea but
It has too many plastic parts that brake. In 2 weeks the trim around the belt broke. Plastic door for the refrigerator broke. We by Melissa and Doug’s toys because their wooden toys they don’t have a lot of electric things which I love. The reason why you have many people buying your things is it reminds us of toys you can’t get anymore! So quit putting plastic on them ...

Refrigerator door breaks too easily
My daughter loves this, but the fridge door and its hinges broke quickly and as others have said here there’s no replacement parts. It’s super disappointing to see an expensive toy designed for toddlers be so fragile. 2 months in and something we’d hoped would last through childhood already broken.

Grocery Mart
The scanner stopped working for the grocery store. Customer service was zero help. They didn’t offer a replacement part or direct me to buy a replacement part or anything. Won’t be purchasing from here anymore.

Grocery Mart issue
Bought the fresh mart for grandkids for Christmas and they love it but the design of the refrigerator door is flawed. Just a little plastic clip that has broken off with minimal use. Very disappointed

Broken Keypad/Calculator
My son had this gifted to him for Christmas and he enjoys it. The only issue with this product is that the keypad/calculator was broken right out of the box where only the number 5 would register on the screen and it would also turn off after 30 seconds, along with the scanner. Love the idea of this product and what it can offer. But yall need to offer replacement parts. The pen for the credit machine lasted a few weeks. The door for the refrigerator doesn't stay on. As a child in the 80s I had little tikes. Replacement parts were easy to order.

Let’s play store
Purchased for a four year old birthday. Assembled night before. When grand daughter got up her present was ready to use. She loved it and her older brother did too. All the pieces fit perfect and all the pieces were there.

I got it for my daughters 3rd birthday and she loves it
She plays with it non stop
