Easy set up once you find the software
The mouse in my old mouse/keyboard combo needed to be replaced but I love my keyboard and didn't want to purchase another set. Having this receiver available saved me a lot of money and hassle. Excellent Customer Service
I just purchased a computer and was having issues connecting my keyboard mouse combo. Went to Staples and was able to find a friendly Staples associate right away. Before I knew it there were two and took me to what I needed to get things back on track. I appreciate them so much and a reason I rather shop in a physical store over online ordering.

Great dongle!
The dongle was super easy to install and active for my keyboard and mouse! This made using them much easier than my laptop’s keyboard and mouse! Would recommend it for anyone who wants to use a wireless keyboard and mouse that is not part of your computer!

Latency with head phones
Staples was great about the return. Blue tooth headphones are terrible in my opinion....the lip and the music don't line up, if you're all all musically inclined and have some rhythm it will drive you nuts.

Works Once It's Connected
This product works fine and as described...once it's connected. The connection process is incredibly tedious, and trying to find any information from Logitech about how to set it up is near impossible (no instructions come with the product, either). There are a lot of outdated articles that aren't very helpful. So, if you're willing to take far longer than you might've ...

This did not work with my keyboard even though they are indicated as the same type. Not sure why since it should have worked. No instructions for troubleshooting are provided either. I will be returning this ASAP.

Disconnection issues
Bought as a replacement for the receiver I lost. It disconnects every time I restart my computer and sometimes even during use. I have to re-sync it every time. I've been using another wired mouse to navigate the app to sync it back with the wireless mouse which is a pain. 2 stars only because when it does work, there's no issues with performance.
