Unifying VS non unifying function
I ordered this because thought it would connect my old keyboard/mouse with my surface PC but I didn't understand what I read and so this unifying dongle did not work. I have since ordered a non unifying dongle.

Unifying VS non unifying function
I ordered this because thought it would connect my old keyboard/mouse with my surface PC but I didn't understand what I read and so this unifying dongle did not work. I have since ordered a non unifying dongle.

Lost previous adapter
I put this device in my linux system and I was using my wireless keyboard in under a minute. Worked better than I had hoped.

Lack of universal reception
I have a number of Logitech devices. This universal conductor did not work for all of them. Quite frustrating.

Haven’t been able to make work yet. I have a KVM switch between my multiple computers that has keyboard and mouse USB ports to receive the dongle. But I’ll figure it out.

Probably fine.
Probably fine, if you have the right models of your products and didn't end up with a compatible keyboard, except that there's two visually identical versions of it and the one I ended up with doesn't work with this receiver, only a seperate one that I can only buy via third party.

I bought a Logitech keyboard and mouse combo only a few years ago and turns out they are not compatible with the unifying receiver dongle. I didn’t catch that the wireless devices need to have the required orange star logo in order to be compatible.

unifying receiver
no plug n play must download but then awesome. At work and home same setup and so easy to just walk in and start up were I left off with out having to worry about which fob works what and then not leaving the other behind. That make for long day typing on laptop with big screen :(

Easy set up once you find the software
The mouse in my old mouse/keyboard combo needed to be replaced but I love my keyboard and didn't want to purchase another set. Having this receiver available saved me a lot of money and hassle.
