We really wanted a base with a corded handset, but couldn't find a decent one and ended up trying this one. It's ok, but all of the ringtones available are annoying. We are still getting used to the location of the off button and sometimes hang up on the caller on Line 2. Otherwise it's fine.

Not user friendly.
Most office phones that have multiple lines automatically switch over to the next line when you hit talk when someone is already on line one and another person goes to answer the second line. This phone however does not.This causes a lot of people being talked over before the person answering realizes that they hit the wrong button. You have to look at the screen and se...

Good enough
It is easy to pick up the second line instead of hanging up the first line; the Off and Line 2 buttons are very close together. Otherwise, this set works fine, and the price is reasonable.
