not impressed
Live chat agent helped me to find a tape compatible with my label maker so I ordered several. Turns out that it isnt compatible. I felt like they were tired of looking and just gave me a product number.

Surprise they make yellow tape
I was surprised & very disappointed to realize I had accidentally ordered yellow tape only after I opened the package to insert the tape in my machine...I had not seen any color tape but white over the many years I've used this product...

A little small
I liked the Brother Ptouch I had before. It was a bit bigger, but it would clear the screen with one touch but on this one you have to hit the back button until the screen clears.

Brother P-touch tape
The black print on yellow is very good for labeling in the yard. This tape is expensive so the 2 pack was cheaper than having to buy 2 separate and the tape doesn't go bad that I know of

PTouch Tape
I have been using a PTouch label maker for years with all kinds of different tapes, both PTouch and knock-offs. They all work perfectly fine. I had to buy this over priced two pack in the store because my usual ample supply had gone down. Best thing to do is buy the knock-offs on line and you can save a lot of money, but when you are in a hurry getting fleeced by Stap...

I ordered the wrong item originally but, cancelled that order, ordered the right item and in one (1) day Staples sent someone out with new item and to pick up the mis-ordered item.
