not durable
i bought this and a week later my airpod case fell off my desk and it broke into 4 different pieces and bent the usb part 45 degrees

Love my Netgear adapter!
I absolutely love my Netfear wifi adapter! I was having to use a long ethernet cord to plug into my computer and then having to unplug it to use for my Xbox and then have cords everywhere...but then I found the Netfear wifi adapter and it has been so great, it was easy to install. I just plugged it into the USB port and it was done! Now I don't have to hastle with cords...

Poor quality
Bought two since the first one started to malfunction within 1-2 years. Second one broke within 8 months.

Works great after software installed.
This little unit works great bit I had to download the software files using another pc copy them onto a USB drive and install onto to new pc. Worked great easy to set up once I did that and it’s working as expected.

Worst adapter I've ever had
I bought this around a week ago, it has caused nothing but trouble. Went from perfectly fine speeds before my old adapter died to this and it can barely hit 1 MB/s. My internet speed is 300Mb/s, and doing the math I should get around 30x the speeds I'm getting with this adapter. Not even sure why this is still be sold in stores.

no software,
since my home internet was down (ethernet) I got the AC600 to go fully Wi-Fi like the rest of my stuff. So download soft ware with no internet? fortunately I do have a wifi desk top in my upstairs office with which I downloaded and copied to mem stick. The AC 600 was not difficult to setup and it works OK.

Was useless
It wouldn’t work unless you download their software to your computer first which I couldn’t do because I wasn’t connected to the Internet hence the reason why I bought this to begin with.
