Perfect for older laptops
The AC600 was very easy to install and works great! We had an older laptop that was no longer connecting to the internet. Plug in the AC600, follow the quick directions online and easy connection to the internet.

Most modern laptops and desktop, don’t have cd
What are you supposed to, to get the install if you have no cd drive, and the adapter will not connect to the internet for you to download the installation, since it first requires the installation. This seems like something that could have been solved by including a basic install, then once connected to the internet get the full update if needed. Otherwise this is comp...

Love my Netgear adapter!
I absolutely love my Netfear wifi adapter! I was having to use a long ethernet cord to plug into my computer and then having to unplug it to use for my Xbox and then have cords everywhere...but then I found the Netfear wifi adapter and it has been so great, it was easy to install. I just plugged it into the USB port and it was done! Now I don't have to hastle with cords...

Poor quality
Bought two since the first one started to malfunction within 1-2 years. Second one broke within 8 months.

not durable
i bought this and a week later my airpod case fell off my desk and it broke into 4 different pieces and bent the usb part 45 degrees

Works great, after software installed.
This little unit works great bit I had to download the software files using another pc, copy them onto a USB drive, and install onto to new pc. Worked great, easy to set up once I did that and it’s working as expected.

Worst adapter I've ever had
I bought this around a week ago, it has caused nothing but trouble. Went from perfectly fine speeds before my old adapter died to this and it can barely hit 1 MB/s. My internet speed is 300Mb/s, and doing the math I should get around 30x the speeds I'm getting with this adapter. Not even sure why this is still be sold in stores.

Terrible for the price
I've had this adapter for a little less than a year and it has already lost almost all functionality. It disconnects constantly for around 5-10 minutes at a time, and will stay connected for around 30 seconds before disconnecting again. It's incredibly aggravating trying to do schoolwork, or anything else with this product. For $50, you'd expect better.

Does not support Win11
Perhaps it is my fault for only assuming support for Win10 would mean that Win11 is backwards compatible and would support the device....
