Disappointing Quality & No Full Extension Drawers
Flimsy cheaply made cabinet, I needed 3 additional keys and customer service said I am allowed one additional key. I replaced the unsightly pulls with new one that don't look like plastic. The top drawer only opens 1/2 the rest 3/4 of the way, none are full extension as most "file cabinets" are.

Damaged second time
Ipreviously returned the item becasuse it arrived with several dents. After returning the item. I reordered a new one . I received this one with the damage in the same places. it appears to have been repackaged and shipped again. I am very disappointed. This file cabinet is too small and extremely fragi
This file cabinet is too small and extremely fragile. The metal feels thin and bends easily, and the overall structure is not sturdy. It scratches and dents with very minimal use. Drawers do not feel smooth or durable, especially when loaded with files.

Shallow storage, light weight steel, annoying lock
NOT RECOMMENDED, here’s why…Was looking for a replacement cabinet to an old 2-drawer I had that’s been through heck. This 4-drawer is made of thin steel, the faces of each drawern flex when you pull. Locking File Cabinet Doesn’t Unlock
4 drawer locking file cabinet delivered without lock key….2 times another key has been sent and neither has unlocked the drawer so after ordering 5-6 weeks ago I still can’t use the cabinet. Really bad servicing

4 drawer Cabinet- Don't buy the Asurian Policy
I like the cabinet. I would have gotten the insurance but Asurian are a bunch of crooks, who refused to cover a printer that stopped working that I had insured. Then Staples wouldn't even refund the money I paid for the insurance or the points I used on the item.

Bad file cabinet
The new file cabinet sucks. It is in poor condition. The lock appears stinky and abnormal. The drawers are very hard to open. I rejected it and returned it back to this store.
