Although the keyboard works on boot, the Logi options software does not recognize my unit. recognize my unit. Logitech is very considerate and accepts my return without question.

Excellent but limited.

So far it's been great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Craft has helped increase my workflow in several of the Adobe design programs I use. Because of the advanced features, one thing to be aware of is the battery drains quickly compared to OEM wireless keyboards. Well worth it though. I just keep the USB cord handy so I can plug it in quickly when needed.

Great Keyboard, but outdated app
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Craft Keyboard is great, smooth typing and sleek design. It just sucks that this keyboard is not supported by the LogiOptions+ App, and must use the old app for the keyboard, when everything else (mouse, cam, dock) all use the new better app.

Great keyboard, I now own
Great keyboard, I now own two, my Mac and Windows desktops. Battery life could be a bit better but I have usb-c charging cables accessible. Love the backlighting!

Pretty Good Keyboard, But Needs Refinement

Great Quality, Poor Customization
This is such a well built keyboard and the Crown is an incredible addition. However, the inability to configure the Crown leaves more to be desired from this function.

Expensive, but a well constructed, solid and durable keyboard with nice additional features
Have been using the Craft for a few years now and am in itself very happy with this purchase, its durability and features. The only thing is -hence 4 stars- is when this device will finally be added to the Options+ app as is the case for my MX Master 3S mouse. The app recognizes the keyboard, but for ages now it shows a frustrating message that is is "not supported yet"...

Love the keyboard but no Bolt???
I have the MX Master 3S and LOVE it and LOVE this keyboard but why do I have to have 2 apps and 2 receivers :rage::cold_sweat::weary:

Bought specialy for work with photoshop - But crown does not work
Crown in Photoshop just turning volume up and down. Support opened case in chat then switched to email, now i did not hear back already 24h. M1 mac 13.3.1 ventura, Logi options latest version. Good keybord - Software not up to date
The keyboard is solid and types great. Is is strange that a premium keyboard is not supported with proper software. Only an outdated version of LogiOptions is supported. Logi Options + is not supported.

Craft keyboard NOT supported on Options+
Do not buy the Craft keyboard. Logitech has not work on Options+ support even hundreds of customers threads and posts for over a year. This keyboard with any MX Mouse combo will give you a hard time.
It is a shame Logitech does not support their most expensive keyboard.
