something has changed... not recommending
Past 2 packages of Bounty select-a-size seemed to have 'cheapened' somewhat. The 2 ply feels thinner and comes apart easily. I don't know if this is because of an end run of another brand they make and it carried over to the Bounty line or an actual product design to cut costs.

Bad delivery service
Got only the paper towels
Then I had to call for the rest to be shipped
Then I was changed again on my card got the second delivery and last I never got a refund for my 2nd delivery I was charged twice for.
Very bad first and probably last with Staples.

Cannot seem to bring the order into our office suite. At least they are not leaving it outside of our three-story office building ... or leaving the order downstairs in the office building lobby as they have so often in the past. Order stolen due to driver leaving outside
This is not the first time I’ve had issues with Staples deliveries. This one takes the cake. They had clear instructions to text when at front door, it didn’t happen. So, they left the order outside the building and the unboxed 40.00 case of paper towels were stolen!!!
