I connected it only yesterday, so there has not been time to assess it thoroughly. So far, so good.
I was deeply disturbed, though, that it was made in China. We should be making more things domestically. China should b trimmed way back, as it is too big for its breeches.

This phone is the same as the one I purchased previous;y and this is the reason I returned it a week later with no actual use as I was not aware that it was the same product. reason for return- a very poor battery life and I swear the one I kept looses it charge without any us. It is ALWAYS kept on the charger and VERY often drops to zero bars (there are three to show...

It is too complicated for a 92 yr.old with vision loss. I would love to return it for a simpler one but that would also be difficult right now. I am sure the phone is a good one - just not for me.

Somewhat difficult to completely understand how to operate. In General, simpler is better, but it works and is an improvement over one of the machines I needed to replace.

Good unit
I replaced an older phone that was zapped by a power surge. Got the exact same phone and was able to hook up two extra cordless phones to the unit. It works well for our small home service company.

Phone didn't display current time on screen like every other cordless phone I've ever owned. Cordless handset coverage was marginal. I returned phone. You decide whether my issues are important to you.

Instructions don't work
