Line 1 stopped working

Works great
So far so good. Has the capabilities to have two phone lines which is really important for us. Sound is clear and fairly easy to use.

Great Phone for Small Businesses
I work in a small business with 2 phone lines and this sleek phone works great. It's easy to understand and figure out even if you aren't very tech savvy.

It is too complicated for a 92 yr.old with vision loss. I would love to return it for a simpler one but that would also be difficult right now. I am sure the phone is a good one - just not for me.

The telephone is very easy to use has all the necessary needs for receiving a call and redialing a call. Very happy with the telephone and it's handsets.

Somewhat difficult to completely understand how to operate. In General simpler is better but it works and is an improvement over one of the machines I needed to replace.

This phone was top rated by Consumer's Report. Bought it to replace a quickly dying older cordless phone as this one has needed features. Bought online and picked up at the store. Great service with the pickup.

Good unit
I replaced an older phone that was zapped by a power surge. Got the exact same phone and was able to hook up two extra cordless phones to the unit. It works well for our small home service company.

Phone didn't display current time on screen like every other cordless phone I've ever owned. Cordless handset coverage was marginal. I returned phone. You decide whether my issues are important to you.

Instructions don't work
To answer a call is difficult. It seems the only way it works is to use speaker button. Picking up handset doesn't work

Sound issues
When both lines are being used it sounds hollow and tinny. We use both lines often so not good . Everything else is good
