Love the printer, hate the set up.
Printer is awesome to print shipping labels. Setup was difficult however. But once configured correctly it is awesom.

Nice when it works
I just do not know about this printer. I find it very clumsy when trying to print some postage labels from some sources. It just is not intuitive enough for my taste. This business of having to change a file to PDF and then drawing through the file etc... is just to much. I suppose it needs better software. Believe me it will not print postage labels like your other mac...

Makes life easier
This makes my life so much easier. I was using a printer but the ink cost labels etc was ridiculous. It may cost more at first but you end up saving. .

second unit works perfect
the first one that was sent was missing internal components, wifi antenna, and just stopped working after a couple of weeks. the second one that was sent works great. Brother keeps asking me to send the old one back, never received instructions on how, yet.

Great printer when it works.
It's a great label printer and was working fine until it ran out of labels. I replaced the labels but it won't reconnect to the network. Apparently I have to restart the router (kick all my co-workers and other devices off the internet) just to get it to connect again. Terrible network interface. BRAdmin Pro 4 is useless to resolve the issue. It says Error but won't say...
