Wrong model
I tried to get an additional handset to go with a previously purchased AT&T phone system with two extensions.
Although this **looked** like the same model, it turned out to be different and incompatible. I had to return it.

Expandable handset
Very easy to set up and works great! Unfortunately 2 line phones are hard to come by now and it is great that you can but extra's to expand, having a small business, it's very convenient!

It was the wrong phone
I need a phone that stands by itself, not an extension. Normally I would return it in person and the helpful sales person would see I purchased the right one. But with social distancing i m at a loss.

Poor Description and not what I thought
The phone only works with AT&T base as an accessory. I don't have the base so it's no good to me.
