I switched to this so I could write on water-proof paper because the gel version that was in my pen would not write on water-proof paper.

RIP OFF!!!

No refund for faulty refill
I’m happy with the purchase but disappointed that I couldn’t get a refund for the faulty one I got there a month ago. It stopped writing after about a week.I was told it had to be returned in two weeks. I haven’t been able to get there sooner due to an illness.

Pen refills.
The manager helped me find just the right refill for my 2 pens and it is a joy to have them working once again because I could not bear to toss them. Thank you for an effective product. I would certainly recommend them.
