Expensive but dependable
The Ampad pads cost significantly more than competitors, but they are worth it because the pages will always tear off properly, while many other pads' pages rip at the top when pulled off the pad.

Misleading
I thought i ordered college-ruled and then got these pads I don't like.
I don't know why Staples no longer offers college ruled writing pads (8.5 by 11 inch).
Bummer.

The pages can be removed with clean edges. No raggedy pages because of inferior perforation.

Great quality paper and stiff cardboard back!
I write frequently and this paper is my go-to choice over and over again. It is heavy enough to prevent mechanical lead tear-through and is a good, all around awesome paper to write on!

Great Note Pad
These notepads are a little more money, but they are worth it when taking notes while in a client meeting. The paper is a good quality and takes to ink well. Overall, a good notepad.
