I bought these as a pair from Staples. I now have one for 'Trash' and one for 'Recycling'. The trash can is 'Double Duty' for me; as I have a young kitten and I empty his Litter Box 'Usage' into the new Trash Can (with a trash bag liner; of course) and can now EASILY empty both trash and recycling by pulling each can's bag liner. Happy to Get a New Lid!
I just want to say how glad I am that I was able to order a replacement lid for this trashcan. I was afraid I'd have to buy a whole other trashcan plus the lid, but I called the customer service number, and for about six bucks, a lid came to my door. Yay!

Love the Touch Lid
I bought this pail for the size and ease of opening and closing of the lid. It suits my family’s needs perfectly. The lid lock broke after only having pail for a few months but the customer service representative that responded to my issue was quick in responding and had a new lid sent to me in a very timely manner.

Product very good - Service even better
I purchased this bin on a Tuesday and received it the very next day. The unfortunate part is that it arrived lacking the springs which make the lid functional. I wrote the company asking where I could find these exact springs. I assumed I would never hear back (And I didn’t), but to my surprise, just 4 days later 2 springs arrived in the mail ! Sleek, easy to operate
I bought this eight months ago. It has worked out well, but unfortunately the peg broke that held one of two springs of the lid. And I reordered the lid. Glad it was still available. Service was fantastic. Replaced lid free, since it didn’t last a year.

Love these trash cans
We purchased one and it lasted 5 years in excellent condition. Then the lid broke so we used it as a laundry hamper and bought another. The spring broke on one side after 6 months and after contacting customer service I got 2 new lids. Great purchase!

Like the easy open lid
I bought the unit a few months ago and I went to throw something away and when I touch the button to open the lid, the piece on the lid fell into the trash. I tried to reconnect it but it was connected by thin plastic on both sides. I reached out to the company and they sent me a new lid! Service 5 star, quality 3 star
Bought 6 months ago and the release button on the lid already broke. Customer service replaced it free and fast. Super pleased with that. Hoping the second lid does better than the first. The trash can itself is good quality.

Lost lid spring. Excellent customer service!
I have had the waste container for some years. When washing the lid somehow I lost one of the lid springs. I emailed the company and explained the situation and they sent a kind email and mailed me two replacement springs. Such excellent customer service. I am very grateful!

Very convenient
I have been using Hefty 13.3 gallons touch lid trash can since 2010. This trash can appears large in the store but take it home it just fits in most areas and very conveniently too.

Quick and easy access

Great value
This is a great trash bin for the money. The spring action pop up is handy, and the bin itself has a wide brim that snugly fits trash bags so they stay put.
