Replacement Lid; Excellent Service
I bought this item, approximately a year ago, guessing a bit. And, have loved using it. I don't use it as a dual function can; I use it as just one large can. Great size for my family of 9
I bought this trash can 2 years ago. The lid broke after 2 years. I called hefty to ask about a replacement because I cannot find it in any store or online. They generously sent me a replacement lid.

mixed feelings
This can is just what I was looking for but unfortunately it is poorly made. The lid snaps in the front but has no way of attaching at the back. The snaps are not super sturdy and afraid they won't last long. I do love that it can be separate for recycling!

Everything is great. Leaned on one side of lid and it broke. Email and they sent me a free replacement very quickly

Functional dual trash container
Purchased a little under a year ago. Very functional for recycling. Recently had an issue with the lid. Reached out to customer service and without question, they promptly sent a replacement lid! Excellent customer service = Happy customer!

Great customer service
A bought this because I have noth trash and recycling and didn't care to have to separate bins. It looks great and it's very functional. Unfortunately the middle divider broke on me BUT I emailed customer service for Hefty and within 10 days I was sent a replacement piece. I'm very happy with this large dual trash bin and find it to be very useful in my home. Thank you!

Love this trash can. I set it up with 2 bags. One for trash and one for recycling. It work perfect. No more recycling setting around waiting to go outside.

versatile and a great price
I loved this can becuase of our small kitchen and large family. For the price it does the trick! I rated three stars, however, because after one week the lid broke. But a quick email to the company resolved the issue! They sent me a new lid via FedEx within the week. Great customer service!!!!

Love this XL Trash Can!
I love how large this trash can is! I use it in my office because I am always throwing away papers and taking out trash! This helped solve my issue with trash overflow on the daily! If I had to pick one thing I didnt like I would say the lid...It is missing something maybe a foot lever to open it? But regardless I give it a 5 star!!!

Perfect!
This is dual function can is awesome!! I was using two cans for recycling, paper and glass. This takes up less space and is easy to empty. What a great idea! This is working perfectly in my home!!!

Love the dual function, but top needs improvement.
I love the dual function of this trash can. We normally use it as a dual trash/recycling bin, but enjoy the versatility of being able to make it a large trash can if hosting get togethers or gatherings (or if you have a large family).

Great size and features
This is the trash can that I didn't know I needed. We are always trying to find a place to put our recycle cans and I love the dual (garbage/recycle bin) feature of this trash can. We now use one side of the can for trash and the other side for our recycle without having two separate cans. It's very easy to change the bags and the center bar helps to hold the bags in...

Many uses!
This is a great trash can that holds so much more than expected! I'm currently using it as a way to collect my returnable bottles, and the dual function is so handy! One side is for plastic and aluminum while the other is for my glasses bottles. I love this item!
