Needed a scale that could do packages from 1oz up over 15 pounds and found this online and available at my local Staples for pick up. The store price was higher than the online price but they honored it. Simple set up and use. Doesn't support Windows 8
Purchase this item was excited to get it cause I really needed it but unfortunately it does not support Windows 8 so I had to return it.

Itās okay
The placement of the digital information is very low and hard to see. I also did not get a clear idea as to how to change the units from pounds to grams. I have no other scale to compare it to, so I am not sure as to the accuracy of what I am weighing.
I would not recommend this product because of the above stated difficulties.

Not USPS /Stamps.com compatible
This scale model is old and does not work as advertised. Not really compatible with USPS apps and support is nonexistent for this model. Not a plug and play item.

Great scale so far
Works as it should. Very precise. Only downfall is that it times out and shuts off after 2-3 minutes. Not a big deal for me though.

Digital scale
Today I weighed a butternut squash because I needed two pounds for a dip Iām making. The scale worked perfectly. We took it out of the box in the Staples Morganton store to be sure it is what I wanted. Somehow I left the plastic hinged protector in the store. Oops. I wish I had it now. The scale works perfectly and has the features I need.

Surprised by the Good Quality
Nice scale, smaller than the last I have but weighs up to 25 pounds! The only negative is the plug is on the left and I connect it to my computer on a left hand port so it's awkward.
