Cable is supposed to be easily inserted into iPad in either direction but in one direction it falls out.

If it's Apple you know it's good
My iPhone and car were not cooperating because of a knock-off charging cord and I kept getting lost when Maps would disappear. Stopped at the first Staple store for an Apple cord and I haven't gotten lost since!

Satisfactory: cord too stiff; awkward to use. I'll keep it because it's the only charger I have for this phone.

Length of the Cable
I love the length of this cable. I seem to have to replace my cable once or even twice a year. I like the extra length as sometimes my plug is further away for plugging in.

Doesn’t last very long
