I think the Uni-Ball Deluxe Rollerball pens are the smoothest writing instruments around (and I have had many rollerball pens over the last 20 years both refillable and single use) and the color of the blue ink is perfect.

Roller ball pens
Our business has used these pens for many years Everyone in the office uses them from the executive officer to the office clerks and everyone has found them to be very reliable . This is the most used pen by the majority of the staff and we keep them stocked in red and black in addition to blue fine point for multiple uses.
