I purchased two of the label maker tapes and one of them was damaged. I purchased this online and the quality of the merchandise was terrible.

Bad Changes Made!
I have used these labels for years and loved them. Especially when they split the back, so you could easily fold and peel off the 2 strips. I just bought some new "acid-free adhesive" type. Now you have a fit of a time getting the backing off the tape! They do not fold well and it is hard to get the backing off, and as someone said earlier, the backing breaks. I ...

What can you do?
First got my P-Touch Labeler in High School, around 2003. I was surprised they still sell the refills for them. I was really disappointed to find out that they changed the backing to a split down the middle... I'm not sure why. It makes it much harder to peel the backing off, which costs valuable time and patience. What's worse, it kicked the bucket after about a day of...
