Alloy Pentel EnerGel retractable gel pen
I've used the plastic body version of these pens for many years, as they are comfortable, write smoothly and as advertised, the ink doesn't smear when writing with my left hand. I've purchased ink refills for a number of the plastic-body pens over the years, but the threads on the plastic body would wear out after one or two refills and wouldn't stay put together. Ha...

Broken
The very first time I clicked it the top popped off and it fell apart. I don't usually have problems with this brand so I was shocked.

Slightly wide for a medium point gel pen!
Causing the ink to be seen on the back side of the paper. Ended up throwing it away after I returned home.

Great Security Investment
I've been reading that the best way to prevent check erasing scams is to use a gel pen. I believe it said in blue. I don't write that many checks but when I do I want to make sure it doesn't get erased for a higher amount to a different company. This seems like a great investment for a little amount to avoid a HUGE problem.

Broke within a few days
I typically really like energetic pens but the construction of this pen was not as desired. The endcap popped off within two days of using it. Otherwise, the ink was fine as expected.

very pretty pens they write good too
these are very pretty pens they are very attracktive and the gold color one is the best everywhere i go people compliment it.they tell me where you bought it lol.i tell them is 14 karet gold and they acually believe it. i do recommend these pens they write good too and they also have a refill option so if it ever runs out of ink you could by the refills.
