Works well if you install it correctly.
The privacy filter has both a glare and non-glare slide, so if you want a "non-glare" you have to look before you install it that the non-glare side is facing out (towards you).
You should clean the screen that is going to be mounted to, don't want to tap any dust in between the two layers and also the adhesive strips will hold better. I have found that the double side...

Works well
Besides being a privacy filter, it also works as a screen protector and the matte works as an anti-glare. Easy to install and fits perfectly.

They really work!
These filters are well worth the money, and fit my monitors perfectly. I tried a few cheaper versions and had to return because of sizing and lack of 'privacy'. These fit my screens perfectly, and have maximum privacy.

solid privacy screen
does the job from close parameters. same angles but from slightly further distance, such as just outside my office door, loses its privacy component. otherwise it is a perfect fit for my monitor as well

Overall good screen
The screen works great, with the exception that the sticky strips provided do not keep the screens on very well. Had to resort to scotch tape on the sides. Otherwise works as it should.

Barely works
It's not completely private. If someone is standing behind you they can still see everything. The side view is a bit more private and blacked out. Not happy with the quality especially for that price. I don't get why this thing costs so much and does so little.

SCREEN TOO SMALL
I ordered a 24" wide screen monitor and the screen is 2 inches too short top & sides. I was very disappointed!!!!

Didn't Fit; Didn't Hide
I've had a Fellowes brand screen before, so I expected this product to provide the same level of privacy screening. It did not.
