leaking cups
it leaks when you used it . Not all if them but a good amount where staff almost got burned from coffee where some use two cups

Leak Issues
These cups cannot handle having hot liquid in them at all. Coffee leaks through the whole bottom of the cup every time so cannot be used for coffee and that's the only reason we purchased them for our office. I DO NOT recommend these cups.

Great water cups
Great little cups. Beware of putting anything hot in them though... had to use 3 just to keep from burning our hands.

Good for a slightly more sustainable option
These cups work fine, but I wouldn't use very hot liquids in them until it cools a bit as there is not much insulation for your hands. That being said, material is much better from a sustainability perspective than the composite, so we will continue with this product.

Nice size cup but they burn when microwaved
These cups are the perfect size, however, when you put them in the microwave to heat water etc., there was a huge burn spot on the side and the whole place smelled like something was terribly burnt - fire hazard!!! Other than this these cups are great and environmentally friendly!!
