flexin with tha gold X-acto knife
My friends all have plain Jane, normal x-acto knifes, so I had to bust out the flex with this gold one. Also cuts well, 10 out 10 would buy again.

Cheap
It does not hold the razor in it very well and it was already dull.

X-Actly the Right Purchase!
Getting a new X-Acto knife made me feel like a kids again! Or, at least, I had not needed a new one since I was a college student. The old one is still fine, but this new Z Series Precision Utility Knife leaves the old one in the dust! In the days of quarantine, things like new knives sure do lift a person's spirits!

Very Sharp, but Could be Sturdier
I needed this to cut some paper into intricate patterns, and it worked fine for awhile. Then I noticed that I no longer had quite the precision, so looked more closely at the blade. The nice sharp point was no longer there. I had other blades, so swapped it out, but I've gotten much longer life of tip on older X-Acto blades.

I have never used an X-Acto knife before. So, I really have nothing to compare. But, so far, it's sharp enough and easy to use. For me, cutting straight lines requires some type of guide. The tip doesn't seem to be perfectly straight. But cutting more fluid shapes is easy enough free hand. The blade cover is nice safety feature.

X-ACTO Z-SERIES KNIFE.
The X Knife I purchased is being used to trim 3/4 " plastic alphabet letters for bulletin boards. It works great, and the blade is of the best quality.
