Filing cabinet - huge dent
It’s a great filing cabinet. The downfall is the giant dent in the 2nd drawer. I had to pound out the dent from the drawer.

Do not recommend
Very cheaply built. Dents easy and the drawers to not slide easily. Had to replace the first delivered unit due to severe damage. Got the replacement the next day. They did not take the original back said it would be picked up in a couple d days. Been over a week and Staples still have not picked up the original damaged one.

5 drawer lateral
This was a replacement for a damaged product. Customer service promised to deliver and place product in the room where the original product was placed. This did not happen and had to pay for the new product to be delivered to the room it needed to be in. Awful.... customer service 0/10

Awesome customer service
The cabinet itself is awesome. However what I really love and appreciate is that this cabinet came as a replacement to the original I purchased that had a drawer come off it track. They not only replaced the cabinet they allowed me to keep the one I have free of charge. The only thing I wish was that they brought the cabinet inside as it is pretty heavy other than that ...

Horrible cheaply made lock bent delivery annoying
There are STILL grease marks on the side of the item. The lock is BENT and I struggle with locking it took pictures on day it was delivered. Had to reschedule delivery twice. When I did get it to lock it only locks one side and the other side can be opened.

Bait and switch
Overall construction is okay but picture showed a slide out shelf which is not part of this cabinet. Update your photo or lower the price. Buyer beware!

Very misleading photo
The photo clearly shows a pull out shelf. It was a very important feature in our selection process. It was not apart of the file cabinet that we were shipped. Very misleading. bait and switch!

Delivery & customer service was great
Delivery guys were great. We dealt with 3 of them. Absolutely professional and polite. When I called customer service because there was a problem with the merchandise... it was replaced immediately. Highly recommend Staples!

Great product!
This cabinet was about half the cost of a HON cabinet but it is far from being cheaply made. This cabinet is a beast. If you are looking for a lateral cabinet I would recommend this brand over HON. I don't recommend spending the ridiculous set up fee that Staples charges. It is not worth it at all.
