File cabinet
Good cabinet. It took me 5 tries before I received the cabinet without a dent. Staples was so on it and sent someone to pick it up and deliver another one right away. I wanted to give up on the fourth try but staples assist in giving me the fifth one. The driver was also nice they would tell me before they arrive that the cabinet was dented. Buy in the store ONLY
We ordered this file cabinet online. They delivered it with three dents. We had to exchange it three times because it was ALWAYS dented. I would only but it in the store. Staples does not pack this item right.

One small problem
The cabinet met all specifications and was delivered on time, but there must be something wrong with the locking mechanism because when I locked the drawers they did not unlock unless I tipped the cabinet backwards. :(

Very satisficed with purchase. The price was very good compared to what was available based on specs and reviews. Delivered fast (in 3 days) as promised. Box and contents not damaged. Solid piece, drawers rolled smoothly. No problems locking it.
The only complaint is that the bottom was open - not fully enclosed.

Great service
And quick delivery. Ordered a similar cabinet from another office supply store. It arrived looking like it had been thrown form the deck of the container ship to the dock. The top two drawers were twisted out of shape and could not be opened.
