Good cabinet. It took me 5 tries before I received the cabinet without a dent. Staples was so on it and sent someone to pick it up and deliver another one right away. I wanted to give up on the fourth try but staples assist in giving me the fifth one. The driver was also nice they would tell me before they arrive that the cabinet was dented. Buy in the store ONLY
We ordered this file cabinet online. They delivered it with three dents. We had to exchange it three times because it was ALWAYS dented. I would only but it in the store. Staples does not pack this item right.

Great purchase
I finally bought this to organize all of my files.
It is just what was advertised.
I really like the fact that one drawer cannot be opened unless the others are closed. I've experienced that these cabinets can topple when multiple drawers are allowed to open, what with too much weight being allowed to shift to the front of the cabinet. Great purchase.

A well made file cabinet
All features of this file cabinet are excellent. It’s well made and fits perfectly in the space I provided. The only issue I had was I ordered a file cabinet, color tan, and I received one in black.

Cabinet is nice, I would avoid shipping
Filing cabinet is great minus the huge dent down the side of it. Functionally it works, cosmetically its not as nice as it should be.

exactly as expected
This file cabinet is exactly as expected. It's standard four-drawer height. I ordered the shorter length cabinet, 22" instead of 26.5", to better fit into the intended space. The drawers are formed to be ready for letter-size hanging folders. The black finish looks good. It was shipped promptly and received undamaged in new condition. Thanks

Pretty lightweight, good for small offices. Built in rails for hanging folders (letter size only), guides to keep folders from going too far back in the drawer are good. Horrible
Very cheaply made. If the drawers are more than half full the drawers get off track and won't open. Instructions say to distribute items evenly but that that didn't help.
