Good expanding file.
The Jam check size expanding file is a very good for storing checks and similar size items. The construction is very durable and closes securely. The pockets are good size and easy to access. Included are tabs for both months and alphabetic filing.

Not what I wanted
This was not the size I wanted. I thought it was for 8 by 11 papers. It can only fit index cards in it.

Perfect for organizing payments by type!

I get one of these every year to hold my receipts in reasonable order. This one presented a slight problem in that the labels had to be trimmed to fit into the label slots. Also, having months alternating with alphabetic labels meant a lot more wee pieces of card stock.

Not what I needed
I bought this product because it was the closest thing I could find for my purpose, but it is bulky and although I'm using it for now, I will keep looking. Also overpriced for what it is.

Big enough but flimsy
Functionally will hold the long receipts I need to save, but I miss the durability and easy handling of the cardboard portfolio I've had for years.

Just right
I bought this to file my company credit card receipts and bank deposits by month. It works perfectly. The dividers are stiff enough and tight enough with the bottom of the folder that things do not slip under or into the next compartment. The 13th space holds my check stubs. It's great!
