Horrible
This stapler was not used that often, and when I would use it, that moment was a bad reminder of why I would avoid using it. It jams easily, the spring in the staple loader seems to snap the staples or jam them inside, causing the stapler to become unusable, I've spent too much time trying to different things to fix it. Waste of money. Jams almost every other time. Has an older model it never jammed. DO NOT BUY. You will regret it within the first few uses.

It worked the first few times it was used then a couple months later it wouldn't push the staples through the paper, even though the stack was only maybe 50-60 sheets thick. Can't switch staples sizes between projects!
Heavy and bulky. The staples don't come out so you can switch between the sizes so you can change them based on the need of your project. The staples are also expensive for it.

It will do the job.
This stapler will do the job. How ever it requires a lot of downforce when using the large staples. You have to be standing to operate it. When using the largest staples if you are not stapling the full capacity of sheets it does not bend staples on the back side but crunches the staple on the top of your stack of pages.

Stapler DOES NOT come with staples as advertised. Make sure you order staples with this item. It would be helpful if Quill sold the 1/2 inch staples.

I don't have every opportunity to use this item. THANKFULLY. I am not satisfied with the stapler. It doesn't come with staples. I tried the shortest ones, no luck. Finally a Stapler that WORKS!
I have had several heavy-duty staplers that constantly jam or don't work where I have to pull the staple out & try again - which ruins the paper. THIS STAPLER WORKS INCREDIBLE. Easy to use! Staples clean and great. Highly recommend.

Heavy Duty Desktop Stapler
I do not like that a full strip of staples will NOT fit in this model Swingline 39002. Our previous model was fantastic and took a full strip of staples. It lasted over 16 years, but it isn't made anymore
