Disappointed with Packaging and Handling
I ordered paper towels and was shocked when the box arrived completely torn up and held together with duct tape. It was clear the package was already damaged before it was shipped, and instead of replacing it or at least repacking it properly, the company just taped it up and sent it anyway. Crunchy
These towels are hard - in a crunchy, scratchy sense. They are also one ply. It takes a few to dry your hands. We do not care for how they feel.

Very thin but strong
First time using these I found them to be thinner and less absorbent than others but I did notice it was a bit stronger when you pull them out of the wall dispenser. It almost feels like a stronger tissue paper that you use to wrap gifts in to add cushion in boxes. It also pull out of the dispenser much more smoothly and easily. No torn bits. You Get What You Pay For
These paper towels were cheap—and it shows. They're thin, tear easily, and don’t absorb much. You really do get what you pay for. I’d recommend spending a bit more for better quality—it’s worth it.

Too thin
Unfortunately, these towels are too thin. The result is having to use more than two towels to dry your hands. I would not recommend this product.

Affordable, but VERY thin. Not worth it.
Tends to rip as you pull it out of the dispenser, and you need at least 3 to dry your hands. Not worth the savings. Sorry

This paper towel feels like broken glass. We tried using it to wipe things down with but we had to use more than 5 sheets at a time. It is low quality sheet of paper towel. Nothing I've order felt like this before.

These paper towels are thin and have to use several of them to absorb the water. They are not soft and feels like I'm using paper to dry my hands. It's loud when crumpling up just like paper. I won't buy them again.
