Will RUST
The material they use is not the best grade of stainless. When I contacted customer service they said "under normal use they should not rust. I guess that means don't use with water and tumble dry!

Clean dishes in seconds flat
I've used these in every professional kitchen I've been in. For any dish that you don't worry about scratching, this cuts through food traces like a tiger licking meat off a bone.
