Pens are great, comfortable to write with, good ink flow. Very happy with purchase. My problem was with shipping. The company Staples has to deliver is very unreliable. Pens were ordered August 1, supposed to arrive August 4. Got notification that delivery delayed due to heavy orders for hand sanitizer. New notification that delivery delayed again due to same issu...
