TERRIBLE
NOT ABLE TO RATE.. THE RINGS DON'T STAY CLOSED WHEN TURNING PAGES THEY SLIP OUT OF THE RING.

Good Product, Best Price Here
We really like this size binder. It would make me happier if the price could be a little lower. We used to have a store here in Seattle that I could walk to i order to purchase office supplies, but it closed down and we are now at the mercy of on-line pricing, which is higher than the store pricing used to be.

Flimsy!
I really did have high hopes for this binder. As soon as I filled it with the documents it was intended to hold, I could tell that it just wasn't going to cut it. The cover was flimsy and the rings were already showing signs that they intended to become unaligned at any minute. It was immediately returned, and I purchased an Avery brand equivalent for 20 cents more that...
