No CD to download, No book
There was no book in the box to tell us how to get it downloaded for the MAC/PC. There was no way to download it for the computer from the App Store. The only thing in the box was the machine.

Seiko Labels...Use on other
You may find a brand cheaper, but they don't work..so stay with SEIKO brand and don't get any stress.. I bought another brand cause supplier did not have SEIKO..bad scene for me

Resolved spacing issue
This labels did the trick. At some point I guess my driver updated and my labels would not space correctly. On the advice from Seiko customer service I switched to these and they work beautifully. I am still using a very old version of the smart label printer, and now I don't need to buy a newer one!
