These wrist wraps provide great support for minimal price. Velcro connection is made so it can easily be adjusted according to the user...tighter or a little more loose depending on preference. These hold up well and the Velcro does not come undone. I'll be on the grind all day and the Velcro stays strong. After about a month, maybe, the wristwrap material will not hold...
