I have used this pen for 25+ years and is my all-time favorite pen. Thankfully except for graphics on the barrel Pilot has kept the pen mechanism and barrel and cap in its original form. The pen in the colors I've used (black blue red green) has provided for me smooth legible clean writing the ink does not gum up on the pen tip and does not easily smear on...

Smooth dependable 20 years later
Been using these since I discovered them in the 90's. I buy them online now since I don't see them in stores anymore. Quality is the same 20 years later. Writes smoothly at all times. I'm a forever fan.

Great Pen!
We love using the Pilot VBall liquid ink rollerball pen extra fine point black in our office. Everyone requests using this pen. The ink is very dark black so we can all see the notes we have to write. It writes smother and since we have to write all day long we've even noticed it's easier on our wrists. We go through the pens fast because of all the writing we do but...

My favorite pen ever!
I have been unable to find this pen in years and was heartbroken. Has always been my favorite pen and got me through college and grad school. I ordered two boxes once I found it on Staples.com.

Smooth writing and clear lines
I use this pen all day at work and also for personal use. The pen produces clear black text and lines that stand out on a page. Great if you are an editor who marks up existing printed documents. Also good for writing checks to make your writing stand out. I like the fine line so you can write small and it still looks good and readable.
