Still Misleading Customers
Here it it is May 8 2025 and they STILL have not updated the description so that folks are not misled to believe that they are getting a 12-ct BOX instead of 2 individuals pens. I now realize that i am going to have to read the reviews before purchasing ANYTHING else from Staples.

one pen not 12 as per page
called customer service ... they said its only one pen. iasked why tje description is for gel pens not pen and why there is a box of 12 pens in the description and nowhere does it stste one pen. she said other people called about the pen. it is false advertising and im sure it is an illegal. please take it down now.

uniball 207 impact gel pens bold point 1.0mm

Like it but not long lasting
I loved this pen smooth writing and comfortable but it ran out of ink VERY quickly. I addressed Christmas cards and it was empty. Seems like we should be able to buy refills for it.

uni-ball Gel Impact Roller Ball Pen

bad quality
This pen skips alot. It started couple weeks after using. It's frustrating to have to go back to fill in the skipped areas it makes those areas darker than the rest.
