I returned a couple of items my error. And purchased the one I should have ordered. The two people who waited on me were very pleasant and helpful. The calculator was not exactly what I wanted. I have shopped at this Staples for years and everyone has always been courteous and helpful.

Poor Design
The ink writes fine however the cap does not stay on so the pen rolls away.

Easy Touch
Smooth writing with the pen. Only one problem I find that is the cap will not stay on the end when I write.

Long time favorite
I love the balance of these pens and they are comfortable when I have a lot of note taking. A friend saw me on a zoom meeting and pointed out that she was still using one that I had given her a while back. Stick with what works!

It's a cheap pen that does not leak and always works. And it's available in 2 colors (blue and black) and medium abd fine points Due to its price you don't get upset if by accident you leave it someplace.

Great Pen. Doesn't smudge or glob at the tip. Like the way it feels in my hand. This is above all my favorite pen.

Very disappointed in this pen
After reading the reviews prior to buying I thought this would be a good pen. I enjoy medium point however this pen bleeds ink all over my fingers nails and desk. It smears on the paper if something touches the ink. Very disappointed in this pen!!

Pilot EasyTouch medium ball point pens
Love these pens I have been using them for many years.Great price for pack of twelve. Ink lasts along time and the pen glides effortlessly. One of my favorite pens use it frequently.
