It's perfect for me.

Nice 2-line calculator
I am finding the 2-line aspect to be a distinct advantage.
Can easily calculate the period payment for a mortgage be entering the values in this formula in sequence:
Period payment =(1+i)^n/((1+n)^-1))*Principle*i
where n= # of payments & i = period interest (as fraction, not %)
I recommend this unit
