Broke in less than a month
Very heavy stapler, seemed to be of good quality but it broke in less than a month. The staples started jamming and then it started opening wrong as well (couldn't get to the staples at all)

Picture and delivered item do not match
I love the stapler that I ended up with. Which is the one pictured. Matte black and smaller than the other 747 swingline - which was much longer, heavier and in shiny black. Fortunately the store had the one pictured and was able to do an exchange for me. But be careful that the picture and what was delivered do not match.

Right out of the box it jams and the locking tab used to open the stapler to fill with staples won't lock.

terrible
using the recommended staplers and after EVERY staple I have to open the top and reset the rest of the staples. terrible, wish I was still in the return window

Great Choice
I never knew that staplers could break until mine did. We use Swingline at work, have for the 11 years I've been there. The brand was an easy choice, the size, not so much. I don't think I'll ever need to staple 25 sheets at a time but it's nice to know I can.

My favorite stapler
I had one from my last job and when I got to the new office the old one broke and I immediately knew which one I wanted to buy to replace it. It is sturdy, doesn't jam and opens to help with bulletin boards.

Best Stapler Ever
Office Space fans, this is your Swingline. I have had mine for at least 15 years and it works like butter. Never jams, staples through a good number of pages unlike most cheaper staplers, has a good weighted feel to it, and passes the test of time.
