Really good stapler, Don't use generic staples
I've had great luck with this stapler at two different workplaces. One caveat... don't use generic staples. Order the Swingline staples to avoid jamming. And don't use staples longer that this is rated for (keep it 3/4" or less).

Would give it 0 stars if i could
Constantly jammed. Got a proper job maybe once every five attempts. Absolutely made no difference the size of the job. 30 pages, 100 page, 140 pages. Jammed over and over and over until it broke altogether after exactly one year. Countless documents destroyed at the corners from tinkering with this piece of garbage. DO NOT BUY.

Not Impressed
Constant jamming, putting out multiple staples at once when it does work, have to constantly pull staples out of the bottom to clear a jam. Very poor quality and design on Swingline's part.

the stapler works as intended and works really well. Just make sure you get the correct size staples for the stack to be stapled because they come in various sizes. I didn't know that and got the wrong size so I had to order the correct size.

"heavy Duty Stapler"
Stapler keeps jamming. It constantly has multiple stables coming out. Not usable at all. Jams are not easy to clear.

Not so heavy duty
It keeps jamming and will either put out 2 staples or the staples will be bent. I have not been able to successfully use it and I have had it almost a month.

Swingline Heavy Duty Desktop Stapler
We have had two new ones in the past year. They constantly don't staple at all, that you have to pull the staples out and reinsert them. Staple once and repeat. Frustrating and time consuming.

The stapler failed to function as it should. Instead of stapling it "spit out" an entire clump of staples. I have it ready for a return to Staples.

Swingline Heavy Duty Stapler, 160-Sheet Capacity
Got the stapler, loaded it up with 5/8 in staples, and none of the staples went in properly. Ran through half a stick before giving up. Going to exchange it, maybe I just got a bad one.
