Here are my compliments: The book and its pages are just large enough to allow for entering in a fair amount of information. It has a good organization of contents. Love this Address Book
I used to save all my contacts in my phone until my last phone died and AT&T could retrieve NOTHING!!! So I went back to paper and this is a nice address book. The only reason for a missing "5th Star" is the lack of available refills. Since I have been a customer of "At a Glance" for 30 years this is very surprising!

The book is a loose leaf type which makes it easy to add or delete pages. I only wish there was refill sheets available. I like the birthday or special dates section.

good enough
Was a gift for friend who does not use a daily planner. Her address book was falling apart. This one was white with pretty floral design. I told her it had a 'granny' look. She likes it and that's all that matters. Would not be durable for me personally.
