ACCO Hanging Data Binders
Unacceptable. I am returning these in the morning to my local Staples store because: Instructions too vague. Hooks will not extend to the frame in my file cabinet. Hooks too small to secure nylon stick. Nylon stick not flexible. Very hard to utilize. Way to expensive. Sorry.

Great for Long term Storage
I purchased this hanging binder to keep nearly 10 years of Town budgets. They all fit in the binder and hang nicely in my file.

HANGING DATA -
THESE ARE GREAT FOR QUARTERLY AND END OF YEAR REPORTS THIS DONT LIKE THAT THEY WOULD HOLD ALOT BUT THE HOLD A COUPLE OF YEAR END REPORTS AND THE PERFECTION SOLUTION TO KEEP EVERYTHING ORGANIZED

Accounting Data Binder
We use these Acco Hanging Data Binders every day. Our accounting department would be lost without them. We like to use different colors each year. This allows us to be able find what year we need at a glance. I just wish there were more colors for the 11 x 8 1/2. If you have to keep records these are the way to go.

Large capacit good for archival storage
I annually archive old financial records - I need to keep these for a while but do not need ready access to them. These binders are perfect - they have huge capacity (I have 5" from last year in one) they are the same size as the paper so they don't take up a bunch of shelf space and you can adjust them to fit different paper. For my purposes they're much better than ...

Was a very good product-now not so much
This used to be a very sturdy product that would last to fill it to the maximum capacity. But recently the plastic post have been breaking when the binders have only about 1 to 2 inches of print outs inserted. These print outs are being placed in every day. Also the post are hard to keep down after being bent under the plastic slides.
