Sabotage
They went our of their way to switch the color scheme from black on white to white on black on my new desktop. The tech I hired to come to my house to fix that, told me they had to go out of their way and follow several steps to achieve that. I have every reason to believe that was payback for my insisting on get things done my way.

Fantastic service at Fort Collins Staples!
I really appreciate the tech assistance at this Fort Collins store. Sam went above and beyond my expectations to set up my new Laptop with a service contract and also to check my old laptop with its protection plan to move my data to the new one. Great tech dept!
All employees who my husband and I worked with at the Staunton Staples tech desk, including the manager, were wonderful! These guys are so helpful and patient to put up with all the customer questions! They are knowledgeable and never seem to get "ruffled" at anything. Always ready to help.

Replacement computer
The tech, Antonio, handled the sale and asked many questions to make sure he understood what needed to be moved to the new computer, then transferred the data to the new computer in a very timely manner and everything worked properly when I got the machine home!! Well done Antonio!!

Could not ask for a nicer and more knowledgeable tech than Anthony at the Dearborn Mi Staples store. He answered all my questions, and had my new laptop set up within hours the same day I picked the online order. Perfection!
