A+ or higher!!
I work in a showroom, carrying a binder around a good portion of the day. The "Better Binders" are literally saving me money - b/c they do _not_ snag my tops. I can not tell you how many $'s of clothing have been ruined by binder corners snagging my top/dress. At last, a binder that is easy to look at, spacious, quality and useful. I now have several of these.

Shipped wrong binder 3 times!
I ordered these binders because I make use of the envelope on the inside of the front cover. Unfortunately, even after speaking to customer service twice, they shipped me the same color binders without the envelope inside. Not what I wanted. Very disappointed. Now I have to have them pick up or bring back to the store myself.

A Good Binder
I like this binder brand because it is made very well. I have one other binder from this brand and I have not been able to find any other binder that comes close to the flexibility of the Staples' binder. The material holds up better than regular binders that just have a cardboard-like interior that can break almost immediately. This binder holds up really well to press...
