Better than packing tape
This looks like packing tape but it conforms to irregular surfaces better and lasts decades longer.

Saved A Favorite Book
My daughter has a favorite cookbook from 1965 and with help from this tape we were able to save the original book. Very pleased! Just be sure you pick the best width for your book; we only needed the 2" tape. Save the books!
I ran out of this tape for my church's library. Staples shipped quickly so now we have some of our older books repaired and ready for more years of use. It's so much better than regular packing tape.

Book tepair
I bought this book tape to repair an old book. Unfortunately the book had a cloth cover front and back and this tape would not stay on. It appears to be a good tape—- just not in cloth.

Great Book tape !!!!!
24th Aug 2022 My little Pug dog chewed-up two of my books @ the conors. I was able to hide the damage with heavy paper & then re-inforced all with your book tape. Mission completed !!!! Thank you Cheers. Chuck.

Protecting book integrity.
Be sure to measure before cutting. Place carefully on the spine of book, press slowly; the adhesive is very good. This tape will work for hard cover or paperback. The tape can also be used like Mylar.

Scotch Book tape 4 inch
I wanted to repair cookbook and you tube recommended the Scotch product as a good means of fixing it. Sure was glad I got the 4 " and the result was what I wanted.

This tape is a wonderful tape for repairing books. I was only able to find it at Staples thanks to one very helpful clerk.

Book Tape - 2 inch
It was a U-Line model for book tape. I used it for a paperback book to tape up the edges the back and front and spine.

Loved it!
I had been looking for something to fix some old books that I wanted to keep. This tape fit the bill. I was able to fix several books with one roll. Glad I found it!

"Book Tape" good for fixing old books but could be better
3M Book Tape does well what it should: reinforces and repairs frail old books. Heavy tape with excellent adhesion available in several widths. (I found 2" wide best.) However it is SHINY and looks unsightly when applied to a cloth covered book as many older books are. Book Tape
I would definitely recommend this product. I use it to repair book bindings on children’s books. It is a good size and easy to use.

Nice book repair tape
I like the way the my book looks and feels now. It is completely transparent high-quality tape that makes the book feel very nice tactically and does the job of holding it together. I recommend this product.
